1. HostalesRemedios.com allows you to make an online room reservation in Hostels, Lodgings, Hotels, B&B, Lending Particular Houses, Guest house, etc. that are enlisted in the website. We warrant that the owners of these lodgings are aware and have signed their acceptance of the conditions regarding their relationship with HostalesRemedios.com. This service is offered as an exclusive agreement between you and HostalesRemedios.com and to sign up for a booking implies your acceptation of the Terms and Conditions of Use. If you don't agree with some of these terms your choice is to not continue using the service that the site offers.

2. We advertise and offer a direct booking service only to those legally registered lodgings in accordance with the Cuban laws. All the included lenders have all documentation up to date and pay the regular taxes according to the Cuban regulations.

3. After you make an online booking, a member of the HostalesRemedios.com staff will contact you by email in short to inform you about the availability of the selected rooms by the date you requested. If the requested room(s) are available by the date selected you will need to reply to this email to confirm the booking. If you don't confirm, the reservation will not be effective and the room(s) will not be reserved to you. Confirmations emails need to be send in a 5 days term prior to the check in date of the reservation. If you wish to cancel your reservation you just have to write an email to the previously received address so we can update our availability calendar. Please be responsible and let us know soon in case you cancel. Other people may want to book the same room that you won't occupy.

4. When receiving an online booking we need to check the availability of the rooms in the date you have requested. In case that there are no available rooms to fulfill your request we'll suggest a similar lodging (in the same area and at the same price) available to you so you'll have the chance to check out if the new suggestion is acceptable for you or not. This suggestion will always be another lodging listed in our site so you can check out the lodging's info and see pictures of the rooms. It is your responsibility to confirm that you choose to accept or deny the new suggestion. If you don't confirm the acceptance of this new suggestion we'll consider that you refused the new suggestion and you won't have the right to the availability of the suggested room.

5. The cost of the reservation service will be included in the price rate of the lodging. This is a particular arrangement between HostalesRemedios.com and the lodging owners. You don't have to pay anything in advance. The payment will be effective with the lodging owner and the currency will be Cuban Convertible Pesos.(CUC).

6. HostalesRemedios.com will contact you in the case that unexpected changes modify the availability of your rooms by the date you previously booked. In this case, HostalesRemedios.com will always suggest an alternative option that you'll accept or deny after consulting the provided information.

7. All reservations are formal compromises between the visitors and HostalesRemedios.com. There is not legal obligation in this arrangement, however we encourage users to be responsible about the service we provide by making reservations only if they are going to attend, or to report cancellations in time. It cost you nothing and saves our time and work.
